Remember the first non-alcoholic New England IPA and the first non-alcoholic IPA-style beer in Poland? The Mad Driver line of alcohol-free beers was produced from 2018 to 2019. We kept thinking about returning to our idea, which was a bit crazy for the time. Currently we have focused on improving the production process. We are testing new yeast strains, min. 11 strains isolated from the environment by the University research team as part of the project “Comprehensive service for the isolation, characterisation and multiplication of yeasts ready for use in the production of 2,000-10,000 litres of beer by potential customers (craft breweries)” (2/NAB1/II+/2017). We have already been able to share the first results of our work and hope to implement larger-scale production soon. 

We offer bespoke production of non-alcoholic beer according to a customised recipe. We can supply beer of any specifications and in any style. There are also no restrictions on the additives used, such as juices or fruit pulps, whole fruit or herbs and spices. We can realise any idea. The minimum order size is 200l but we are flexible in this respect so in some cases a smaller quantity is also possible. Please feel free to contact us.
